Pineapple Salsa
A perfect companion for your corn chips, this fresh pineapple salsa will wake your taste buds and keep you wanting more!
Ingredients
2 cups chopped Dole Tropical Gold pineapple
1/2 red onion
1 lime
1/4 bunch cilantro
1 tsp salt
Method
Chop the Dole Tropical Gold pineapple into small pieces.
Finely dice the red onion.
Wash and shake off as much water from the cilantro as possible and roughly chop them.
Add the chopped pineapple, diced red onion and chopped cilantro into a bowl.
Squeeze the juice of one lime and add the salt into the bowl.
Stir and mix all the ingredients well. Keep the salsa refrigerated until it's ready to be served.
