1/2 Dole fresh pineapple - cubed
1/2 Dole fresh paw paw - cubed
8 meringues (store bought)
300mls cream - whipped
Fresh mint leaves
1. Start by building out mini pavlovas. First, layer with base meringue, then add whipped cream and a teaspoon of passionfruit syrup.
2. Next add another layer of meringue, again topping with whipped cream, fresh paw paw and pineapple.
3. Finish with another spoonful of passionfruit syrup and fresh mint to garnish.
