Pineapple Lush Sponge Cake
Pineapple Lush sponge cake is a great recipe to try for Mother's Day and show your mum some love!
Ingredients
1 (566g) DOLE Crushed Pineapple in juice
1 packet (96g) instant vanilla pudding
1 cup whipped cream
1 sponge cake, cut into 3 layers
As desired seasonal berries.
Method
1. Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix in medium bowl. Gently stir in whipped cream
2. Stack cake layers on plate, spreading pudding mixture between layers and on top of cake.
3.Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve. Garnish with your favourite seasonal berries
