Overnight Banana Biscoff Weetbix

Ingredients

- 2 weetbix
- 1/4 cup of milk (either dairy / non-dairy)
- 1 ripe banana
- 200g of protein yoghurt (feel free to add a scoop of your preferred protein powder if you want to thicken the yoghurt up!)
- 1 tablespoon of biscoff spread

Method

1. Crush 2 weetbix and add them into a portable container
2. Pour the milk over the weetbix and then use a fork to mush and soften up the weetbix base
3. Chop up half of the banana into slice and place on top of the weetbix
4. Melt the biscoff spread and drizzle half on top
5. Dollop spoonfuls of the yoghurt on top and spread evenly
6. Add the remainder of the sliced banana on top of the yoghurt layer and then drizzle the remaining biscoff spread on top
7. Place a lid on top of the container and leave in the fridge to set overnight (or for 1 hour)
