Dole Pineapple Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh Dole Pineapple or canned Dole Pineapple
- 1 ¼ cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 cup almonds
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ dried apricots
- 1 cup desiccated coconut (extra for rolling)
Method
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor
- Process until combined
- Roll into even size balls and roll in coconut
- Store in the fridge!
