
100g gluten free granola
1 cup coconut yoghurt
2 Kiwi fruits, sliced
1 cup strawberries & raspberries
1 Dole banana
A handful pistachio kernels
1 tbsp red (plum or strawberry) jam (optional)
A few mint leaves
A handful coconut chips
A drizzle of liquid honey
1. Mash the banana and stir it into the coconut yogurt. Mash the raspberries with jam (if using).
2. In three glasses or jars, layer yogurt mix, fruit, granola and mashed raspberries attractively. Garnish with coconut chips, fresh mint and a drizzle of honey.
