Ingredients

2 Dole green plantains

1 tbsp Olivado Avocado Oil with Lime salt

To serve:
chipotle salt, store bought

Method

1. Cut the plantains in half, peel then slice thinly lengthwise.

2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced plantains with oil and some salt.

3. Place in the airfryer basket and cook in the airfryer 170°C for 12 minutes until golden and crisp. Shake the basket a few times or turn the plantain slices during cooking. Sprinkle chipotle salt and serve.
