Chia Pudding Pawpaw Boat
Give our chia pudding pawpaw boat a go. A refreshing, yummy, healthy treat that's beneficial for your digestion.
Ingredients
- 1x papaya
- 1 cup of milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- ¼ cup natural yogurt
- Fresh fruit
- Coconut shreds
Method
- The night before, mix chia seeds and milk into a small bowl.
- Place in fridge to set (preferably overnight).
- The next day, cut papaya up lengthwise and use spoon to spoon out seeds.
- Remove from fridge and mix together yogurt and chia mixture.
- Spoon mixture into papaya.
- Add fresh fruit and coconut and enjoy!
