Chia Pudding Pawpaw Boat

Give our chia pudding pawpaw boat a go. A refreshing, yummy, healthy treat that's beneficial for your digestion.

Ingredients

  • 1x papaya
  • 1 cup of milk
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ¼ cup natural yogurt
  • Fresh fruit 
  • Coconut shreds

Method

  1. The night before, mix chia seeds and milk into a small bowl.
  2. Place in fridge to set (preferably overnight).
  3. The next day, cut papaya up lengthwise and use spoon to spoon out seeds.
  4. Remove from fridge and mix together yogurt and chia mixture.
  5. Spoon mixture into papaya.
  6. Add fresh fruit and coconut and enjoy!
