1/2 Dole Fresh Pineapple – Cored & Sliced into triangles
¼ Cup Brown Sugar
1 Tsp. Butter
½ Cup Ricotta
Sourdough – Sliced & Toasted
Place brown sugar in bowl and individually coat each piece of pineapple in brown sugar. Place to one side.
Heat frypan and add butter. Once melted fry off pineapple pieces to golden brown.
Prepare sourdough toast and spread ricotta on top.
Place caramelised pineapple and top with a drizzle of honey and fresh thyme leaves.
