Bobby Banana Split
The perfect kid-friendly lunchbox or after school recipe!
Ingredients
• 1 ripe Bobby banana
• 1-2 T Almond butter
• ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
• 1 tsp coconut oil
• Pinch of sea salt
• T coconut flakes
• T granola
• Extra chocolate chips for garnish
Method
1. Peel your Bobby banana and slice lengthways in half.
2. Take 1-2 tablespoons of almond butter and slather onto each side of the sliced banana .
3. Place a 1/4 cup of the dark chocolate chips and 1 tsp of coconut oil into a bowl and microwave in 10 second intervals until melted and smooth, then drizzle over top of the bananas .
4. Sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt
5. While the chocolate is still melted, top with the coconut flakes, granola, and some more chocolate chips.
6. Pop into the fridge to set the chocolate for 20 minutes.
7. Place into lunch box with a spoon for eating.
