Banana Yoghurt Bark
You've got to try this delicious banana yoghurt bark recipe! It's so easy to make and is the perfect snack for when you feel like something sweet and healthy.
Ingredients
350 grams of yoghurt
1 Dole banana
2 heaped tablespoons of your choice of spread (we used peanut butter caramel!)
A handful of milk chocolate chips
Method
1. Line a baking tray with baking paper
2. Dollop the yoghurt onto the baking paper and spread evenly
3. Drizzle the spread across the yoghurt and swirl through with a spoon, chopstick or fork
5. Cut your banana into slices and arrange evenly on top of the yoghurt
6. Sprinkle chocolate chips across the yoghurt
7. Freeze the tray for 3 hours+
8. Once frozen break the yoghurt bark into bite sized pieces and enjoy!
