Banana, Honey and Cardamom Smoothie
Dairy free and so good for you, this smoothie gets its unique flavour from a special aromatic touch of spice.
Ingredients
- 4 Dole bananas
 - 250 ml pineapple juice, chilled
 - ½ cup ice
 - 1 pinch ground cardamom
 - 2 tbsp runny honey
 
Method
Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth. Pour into 2 chilled, tall glasses and serve immediately.
