Baked Breakfast Oats
Using Dole Bobby bananas, this recipe is an easy breakfast that's sure to impress – can’t get better than that!
Ingredients
1 x Dole banana or 2 x Bobby bananas
60g oats
150ml oat milk (or regular milk)
3x teaspoons chia seeds
150g frozen berries
A handful of shredded coconut
Method
1. Mash banana into a baking dish
2. Add other ingredients on top of the banana (apart from berries)
3. Mix together and add berries on top
4. Bake for 25 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius
You can also add flaxseed, hazelnuts and dark chocolate to the mixture before baking.
